Surely some images will have caught your attention… Well, know that what our catalogue doesn't show you is the next creation .

In our philosophy and way of being, we value unique pieces… the next one could be yours.

Take inspiration from what you've seen on our website or elsewhere: send us a photo, a sketch, or a drawing and we'll discuss the possibility of tailoring your furniture to your needs.

 

2) 🛠️ CUSTOMIZATION — How can I customize?

If your question is: “Can I customize a product from the catalog?”
The answer is yes! You can customize it in every aspect: size, color, accessories, shape, finish... and anything else you can think of.
(The only limit? Ours and your creativity!)

 

3) 🧾 THE QUOTE — How can I request it?

Attach a photo of what you like and include the measurements. You can also send us a sketch or drawing (JPG, JPEG, or PDF format).
Don't forget to specify the finish, color, or customization of the accessories.

 

4) 🚚 DELIVERY

Delivery times for custom-made kitchens and furniture
All the furniture in the Store is handcrafted and reproduced upon request, with production and delivery times agreed upon with the customer.
Delivery times generally vary between 20 and 30 business days from the order date.

Delivery times for handcrafted furnishing accessories
By handcrafted furnishing accessories, we mean all those items we make upon request and ship promptly: wooden and metal stools, small tables and coffee tables, kitchen cabinets, various types of shelves, metal and wood accessories.
Delivery usually occurs within 5–10 business days from the order date.

Delivery times for mass-produced items (not handcrafted)
Our production is almost entirely handcrafted, but in some cases we select and resell mass-produced items from industrial production—such as stools, chairs, or other accessories—always clearly marked as "mass-produced."
For these items, order processing is faster and generally occurs within 2–5 business days.

🚚 Packaging and Delivery
We carefully package each item, using cardboard boxes or pallets of various sizes, depending on the product purchased. Delivery is handled exclusively by selected couriers, who guarantee safe and careful transportation.
Unless otherwise agreed, bulky items are delivered to the ground floor, provided it is accessible by truck.

🛠️ Delivery with Assembly
For furniture with agreed assembly, delivery is made via our vehicles, accompanied by fitters. They will take care of delivery to the floor (if necessary) and assembly.
In this case, production, transportation, and assembly times are defined in the contract and clearly indicated in the overall cost estimate.

 

5) 💳 PAYMENTS

How much and when?
Upon placing an order, we ask for a 40% deposit as a mutual commitment.
The balance will be paid upon shipment or, in specific cases, upon delivery by prior agreement.
