Surely some images will have caught your attention...well, just know that what our catalog doesn't show you is the next creation...
In our philosophy and in our way of being we value unique pieces... the next one could be yours.
Take inspiration from what you have seen on our site or others...send us a photo, a sketch, a drawing and we will discuss together the possibility of tailoring your piece of furniture to your needs.
2) CUSTOMIZATION. How can I customize...
If your question is: "can I customize a product from the catalog?"
The answer is YES... and you can customize it for size, color, accessories, shape, finish, and anything else you can think of (the only limit is our and your creativity!).
3) THE QUOTE. How can I ask?
Via WhatsApp .
Attach photos of what you like, indicating the measurements, then also send us a sketch or drawing (in jpg, jpeg or pdf format). Don't forget to ask us for the type of finish, color or customization of the accessories...
4) DELIVERY. How, where when...
Delivery TIMES will be agreed with you based on the production times of the furniture.
Times usually vary from 15/20 working days from the order date.
HOW/WHO… DELIVER?
We only use trusted couriers who will handle your new furniture as if it were their own.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made on the ground floor where reachable by truck.
5) PAYMENTS
HOW MUCH PAYMENTS?
upon placing the order we ask for a 40% advance as a mutual commitment.
the balance will be paid either at the time of shipment of the goods or in sporadic cases unless agreed upon delivery.
HOW/METHODS OF PAYMENT:
By agreement, after acceptance of the quote, payments can be made via:
PAYPAL
CASH
WIRE TRANSFER
CARDS
OTHER METHODS.
